Our returns policy is easy
If customers are not 100% satisfied with their purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund or exchange. Customers can return their purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition that they where received and in the original box and/or packaging. Products must be returned Registered Post.Returns Procedure

- Once we receive email with the purchase order number, we will contact customer with instructions. Should the product be faulty or damaged we will refund the customer for the return postage.Product must be returned Registered Post.
- If there are any shipping labels, bar codes, or stickers on the parcel from previous shipments, please remove them.
- Once the return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process customers refund and automatically apply a credit to their credit card or original method of payment within 3 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days after your credit is applied into their account.
